More Information

You must be registered on our waiting list to express an interest in our properties.

Once you are registered, you can express an interest in any of the properties that are suitable for you. For example:

  • a single person will not be considered for a 3 bedroom house
  • a large family will not be considered for a property that would make them overcrowded.
Properties will be let to applicants who apply and have the highest priority need.

Adapted properties are let to applicants who apply, require the adaptations and have the highest priority.

    Frequently Asked Questions

When should I express an interest?

Properties are advertised each Wednesday for one week. All expressions of interest must be received by no later than 5pm the following Tuesday.

What is an expression of interest?

An expression of interest is your way of telling us that you are interested in a particular property. You can only express an interest in properties when they are advertised and you MUST be registered onto our waiting list. You only have to express an interest once for each property.

What will happen to my expression of interest?

All expressions of interest are checked once the closing date has passed. The successful applicant will be notified.

If you are made an offer of a property, we will not consider your expressions of interest for any other properties until you have let us know whether or not you want to accept the property offered.

Information and feedback about previously advertised properties is displayed in local Area Housing Offices, Public Libraries and on this website.
